Business Development Manager

Our client is a well-established construction company based in Jakarta , currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to strengthen their commercial growth and expand new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, clients, and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and business partners.
• Conduct market research and identify potential projects and upcoming opportunities.
• Manage the end-to-end business development process, from lead generation and tender opportunities through to negotiation and closing.
• Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and business development reports.
• Collaborate with project, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field .
• 8+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Commercial roles within the construction, engineering, infrastructure, or related industry .
• Strong understanding of the construction/project market in Indonesia.
• Proven experience in developing new clients and generating business opportunities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Existing network with developers, contractors, consultants, government/private sector clients, or other construction-related stakeholders is highly preferred.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia .
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
