About the Company

Our client is a large local conglomerate in the construction industry , delivering large-scale construction, building, and engineering projects across Indonesia.

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Human Capital Manager to strengthen people capability, organizational effectiveness, and HR operations across both project sites and head office .

Job Overview

The Human Capital Manager will lead the Human Capital & General Affairs (HC & GA) function, ensuring the organization has the right people, structure, systems, and capabilities to support business growth, operational excellence, and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Human Capital strategies aligned with business and project requirements.
  • Develop organizational structures, manpower planning, and workforce productivity initiatives.
  • Lead Organization Capability (OC) and change management initiatives.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for head office and project sites .
  • Develop and maintain talent management, career path, and competency frameworks.
  • Identify high-potential employees and manage succession planning .
  • Develop and implement KPI and performance management systems .
  • Ensure effective performance appraisal and alignment with reward mechanisms.
  • Support leaders in coaching, employee development, and performance improvement.
  • Design and execute training, leadership development, and capability-building programs.
  • Manage industrial relations, disciplinary processes, and employee engagement.
  • Oversee payroll coordination, employment contracts, attendance, and HR administration.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian manpower regulations and internal HR policies.
  • Oversee General Affairs, including office and project-site facilities, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Manage company assets, vendors, and workplace safety across multiple locations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business, Law, Human Resources, or a related field .
  • Minimum 7–10 years of managerial-level experience in Construction, Engineering, Infrastructure, or related industries.
